PLAIN AFTER-SALE RULES
We want you to feel good in your PLAIN piece. If something is wrong with your order, we’ll help you fix it in the simplest way possible.
You can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging and tags if available.
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, contact us as soon as possible with clear photos and your order details.
Exchange or return shipping fees may apply unless the issue was caused by a wrong or defective item from our side.
Message us on Instagram at @plain.clothing.eg with your order number, the item you received, and the size or item you want instead.
Size exchanges are accepted if the requested size is available in stock. If the size is sold out, we’ll suggest the closest available option.
Returns are reviewed case by case. Items must be in original condition. Used, washed, damaged, or altered items cannot be returned.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that show signs of wear, washing, perfume, stains, damage, or missing packaging.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Refund timing may vary depending on the payment method.
